To demonstrate Learning Objective 10, I chose to incorporate a discussion board assignment that was required for senior seminar. This discussion was a posting on how we view our own personal leadership capabilitites. The class was then invited to post thier opinions of how I operated within the cohort and their views of my personal leadership abilities.
